Statutory right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For explanations of the term consumer, see 1.2 in our General Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party who is not the transporter took possession of the goods.

and inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear written statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, email, fax).

You can also use the model cancellation form, although this is not mandatory. In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

The date of the postmark or the electronic date of the fax or email applies.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is granted if you send the goods before the fourteen days period has expired. The date of the receipt by the shipping service provider applies.

Please send the goods back to the return address provided by us. You bear the costs of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. Products that have already been assembled or have been damaged by the customer cannot be returned or will not be refunded in full depending on the condition of the goods.

Please use our transport packaging. Protect the items against damage. The goods must be prepared for dispatch in a clean condition. Please secure the front and back with sufficient cardboard and packing tape, especially for brake discs. In the event of damage caused by improper operation or inadequate packaging when returning the item, we reserve the right to make claims for compensation. Carriers will only accept items with adequate packaging. Special information according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 BGB, a right of withdrawal is excluded for goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
